Let us take you on a trip from New Haven to Chicago, stopping in New York City and Detroit along the way. We use only the freshest hand-selected ingredients and make all of our dough and sauces in-house. Our specialty pizzas are unique - we don't just add a variety of toppings but instead look to bring a culmination of flavors together to indulge your taste buds. Five Pizza Styles to Choose From
Our dough recipe comes from Shawn Randazzo, a Michican native and 2012 World Pizza Champion. Soft and airy square crust with a crunchy exterior and caramelized cheese edging, topped with Wisconsin Brick cheese, and finished with warm tomato sauce and a pinch of Romano cheese.
Chicago Cracker Thin
A very thin crispy crust made with Ceresota flour and cornmeal. Homemade tomato sauce, the toppings of your choice, with our Midwest cheese blend piled on top. This pizza is cut in squares.
Our hand-tossed dough made with General Mills All Trumps flour. Fresh homemade tomato sauce, our special East Coast cheese blend, and the toppings of your choosing. This pizza is pie cut. True to NY style, we offer a 20" XL pizza on a limited basis (this is the size pie we use for our slices). We also use this same dough recipe for our specialty pizzas.
Dough made with General Mills All Trumps flour hand-stretched in a square pan. Sicilian: crust is par-cooked, topped with fresh homemade tomato sauce and our whole milk mozzarella cheese blend. Grandma: dough topped with sliced fresh mozzarella, our homade tomato sauce, a pinch of Romano, Extra Virgin Olive Oil drizzle, and finished with chopped basil.
